Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A 15 minutes grace period is allowed for your appointment. After 15 minutes, it is considered a no show and a new appointment with a new deposit will need to be made. Beauty In Ink requires 48 hours notice to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date. Clients cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours before their appointment date and time will forfeit their deposit. Max time allowed to reschedule is once. After that, deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed to reschedule. Deposits are non refundable but can be used towards another appointment time if 48 hours notice is given.
